STUFFED PEPPERS OR RICE DISH 
3 or 4 lg. onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. rice
1 med. size can "vegeburger" or hamburger
2 tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
1 lg. (32 oz.) can tomato juice
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
3 lg. bell peppers

Saute onions in oil. Add "vegeburger" and simmer a short time, then add flour, rice and seasoning. Add tomato juice and soup. Pour into casserole and lay quartered bell peppers on top. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
