BAKED CHICKEN WITH POTATOES | |
4-6 chicken breasts, skin removed 4 large, white potatoes, washed well 1/4 cup Italian dressing 1 small onion, sliced quarter inch thick, broken into rings Tony Chachere's Preheat oven to 475°F. Place chicken breast in 9x13 inch pan, sprayed with Pam. Slice potatoes 3/8 inch thick and place in pan. Place sliced onion rings on chicken. Sprinkle liberally with Tony Chachere's. Pour Italian dressing over all. Cover with foil and bake at 475°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
