BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Cheez Whiz or cubed Velveeta
1 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 box chopped broccoli

Cook broccoli until desired tenderness (do not drain). Melt butter and mix together all ingredients.

Bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
