BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 package frozen broccoli pieces
2 c. cooked white rice
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 onion, finely diced
1 can Mushroom soup
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilies)
1 jar Cheez Whiz

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions. Set aside. Sauté diced onion in butter. Add can of mushroom soup, Rotel, and Cheez Whiz over low heat. Stir mixture thoroughly. Remove from heat and combine rice, broccoli and cheeze mixture. Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 30-45 minutes until heated through and has a golden brown crust.
