4 lg. sweet potatoes
2 well beaten eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mash potatoes and add remaining ingredients. Beat well and put in buttered dish. Bake 1/2 hour or until brown.
