GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Velveeta
1 c. milk
1 can evaporated milk
16 oz.) Colby Jack cheese, grated
1 sm. can green chilies
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Doritos chips

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Heat soup, Velveeta, milk and evaporated milk until smooth. Add cheese to meat. Add pimentos and green chilies to soup mixture. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with crushed Doritos. Top Doritos with meat, pour on soup mixture and then add more crushed Doritos and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
