SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thaw & drain well
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Juice of 1 lemon
Celery seed

Mix together in blender and let set in refrigerator for 24 hours. Serve with crackers or chips or raw vegetables.
