CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 box yellow cake mix (no added pudding)
2 pkg. yeast
5 c. flour
2 1/2 c. very warm water
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. soft butter

Mix cake mix, yeast and flour together. Add water. Mix well. Put in greased bowl. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down. Knead 1/2 dough for 5 minutes. Roll out to 1/2 inch.

Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Spread butter on dough, sprinkle with half of cinnamon-sugar mixture. Sprinkle half of raisins on dough. Roll dough and cut into rolls (size 1 1/2 inches thick). Repeat with second half of raised dough. Place rolls on greased cookie sheets. Let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

1 egg may be added for extra richness.
