RIGATONI 
1 lb. ground beef
Onion
Garlic
32 oz. jar of spaghetti sauce
8 oz. cooked rigatoni noodles
6 slices provolone cheese
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 c. sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain off fat. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 30 minutes. In a buttered 13 x 9 pan layer some of the rigatoni noodles with the Provolone as the next layer. Spread 1 cup sour cream over provolone, and top with half the sauce. Add another layer of rigatoni noodles, layer of Mozzarella, then the remainder of the sauce. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan. Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees, until bubbly.
