GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. vinegar
2 pie shells

Soak raisins in boiling water for 3 seconds. Melt butter. Beat eggs; add butter and sugar. Mix well. Add vinegar, coconut, pecans and drained raisins. Pour into unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
