FRUIT-NUT DIAMONDS 
6 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Sun Giant chopped dates
1 c. Sun Giant chopped natural almonds
1/2 c. Sun Giant raisins

1. Chop 4 squares chocolate and set aside.

2. Mix flour with baking soda and salt. Beat eggs slightly with vanilla and sugar just to mix. Stir in flour mixture. Stir in dates, almonds, raisins and chopped chocolate.

3. Spread evenly in greased 9" square pan.

4. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan. Remove from pan.

5. Melt remaining 2 squares chocolate and drizzle over top; let stand until chocolate is firm. Cut into diamonds or bars.

6. Makes about 4 dozen.
