SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2 tbsp. corn oil (Mazola)
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger (ground)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 lb. boneless pork cut in 2 x 1/2 x 1/4 inch strips
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. slivered green pepper
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in own juice
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Muellers Munchin egg noodles

Over medium heat in skillet heat oil. Add garlic and ginger. Stir fry 30 seconds; add pork. Stir fry 5 minutes, add onions, stir fry 1 minute. Stir in next 5 ingredients; bring to boil.

Reduce to simmer: simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Mix corn starch and reserved juice until smooth. Stir into pork mixture; stirring constantly. Bring to boil on medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Stir in pineapple, green peppers and carrots. Cook noodles as directed. Serve over noodles.
