SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 can pineapple chunks (13 1/4 oz.)
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper (chopped)

Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt, Worcestershire sauce and egg. Shape into 20 (1 1/2 inch) balls. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown (about 20 minutes). Remove from heat and drain. Set meatballs aside.

In the skillet, mix brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in the pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, add meatballs, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in green pepper, cover and simmer an additional 5 minutes.

Serve with buttered noodles or rice.
