CORN PUDDING 
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk (can use cream or Half and Half)
3 tbsp. butter (can use butter)
2 c. corn (white or yellow) fresh or frozen

Beat eggs well. Mix flour, salt and sugar with corn, add eggs. Stir in milk and butter, mix well. Bake t 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm as a custard.
