STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can Spanish Rice
5-6 sm. green peppers or 4 lg., cut in half

Brown hamburger in skillet, season with salt and pepper. Drain. Add Spanish rice, stir well.

Prepare green peppers by boiling water and coring and removing seeds before dipping peppers into boiling water to remove skins. Fill peppers with meat mixture and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with shredded cheese or with catsup topping.
