CHICKEN BREAST (MICROWAVE) 
6 chicken breasts, skinned
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs or Shake and Bake
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine dry ingredients. Rub sour cream on chicken breasts. Then roll in dry ingredients. Arrange in circle fashion in shallow baking dish. (Place thickest portion of chicken to outside). Drizzle with butter. Cover with paper towel and cook 6 minutes per pound on High power.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
