LO - CAL GINGER CARROTS | |
12 med. carrots, cut in 3x1 1/4" strips 4 tsp. reduced calorie butter 4 tsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water until crisp and tender. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar and ginger. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar melts. Add carrots, cook, stirring gently, until carrots are well coated and hot. |
