STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
6 med. zucchini
3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 onion
2 green peppers
Black pepper
2 beaten eggs
2 lb. bulk sausage

Brown the sausage and add the other ingredients except zucchini to make filling.

Cook whole zucchini in boiling water 5 minutes. Refresh in cold water. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out centers and chop to use in filling. Invert shells on paper towel to drain.

Spoon filling into shells and place in a greased baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
