1/2 c. raspberry vinegar
1/4 c. egg beaters
1 c. olive oil
1/4 red onion

Mix all ingredients in blender. Toss with a mixture of greens with a red onion ring on top. Sprinkle with raspberries. Makes 4 cups dressing.
