CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken (4 lg. breasts or 5 sm. ones) Turkey, tuna or shrimp may be substituted
7 oz. pkg. creamettes macaroni
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, diced or shredded
1 sm. jar pimento, drained and cut in strips
1 can mushrooms, drained and sliced
1 pkg. frozen peas
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced or cubed
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced

Mix and put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Leave overnight in refrigerator. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven. Serves 12.
