SAUSAGE POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1/4 c. onion, diced 1/4 c. green peppers, chopped 1 lb. sausage, fried 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 6 potatoes, sliced (approximately) Fry sausage and drain well. In a bowl, combine soup, onions, peppers and milk. Layer sausage, potatoes and soup mixture. Keep layering until used up. Bake in oven at 375°F for 45 minutes. Last 5 minutes top with cheese and let melt. |
