HEARTY SOUP 
4 lb. stew beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1 onion, diced
5 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen field peas
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 sm. green pepper, diced
3 potatoes, diced
3 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of red pepper to taste
Dash of sugar to taste

Cook beef with first 5 ingredients until done. Cool and cut meat into bite sized pieces. Strain off fat. Put all ingredients into a very large container (or 2 smaller ones). Bring to a boil and simmer for about 2 hours, stirring from the bottom occasionally. Serve. Makes about 10 quarts.

To freeze - cool and put in appropriate sized containers. Freezes well.
