VEGETABLE CRUNCH 
2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Pinch of sugar
1/2 c. crushed saltines
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine Veg-All, celery, onion, and chestnuts. Add cheese and mayonnaise and sugar, mixing well. Place in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees from 20 minutes, top with saltines and butter. Bake 10 minutes more.
