MOCK OYSTER DIP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
pinch of salt
1 stick butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 large can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tabasco sauce to taste

Cook broccoli 15 minutes. Add pinch of salt while cooking. Drain and save water. Sauté onion in butter until transparent. Add garlic and stir well. Add mushrooms, soup and Tabasco sauce. Combine all ingredients and cook over slow fire until well blended. If too thick, add reserved broccoli water. Serve in chafing dish.
