ROUND STEAK ROLL UPS 
1 (2-2 1/2 lb.) round steak
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. carrot
1/4 c. olives, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Sprinkle salt and pepper over round steak. Spread ingredients over steak, roll up and serve with toothpicks. Pour wine over steak, put in baking dish and pour wine over, roll, cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees until done.
