ROUND STEAK ROLL UP 
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. white rice
2 c. water
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) round steak
3 slices bacon
1 c. cream of mushroom soup

Bring water to boil, add soup mix then rice. Cover, cook over low heat 20 to 25 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Fluff with fork; set aside.

Brown pork sausage; drain. Add rice; mix well. Spread mixture on round steak. Roll up, secure with toothpicks. Place in roasting pan. Arrange bacon slices diagonally over meat. Spread 1/2 can soup over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is done. Baste occasionally with remaining soup if needed.
