CRUST:

1 box yellow cake mix, dry
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Mix together and spread in 9"x13" pan.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix together. Pour over top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
