PARTY SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
2 lb. pasteurized process cheese, melted
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. onion, minced

Cook ground beef and sausage together until lightly browned and crumbly. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Serve warm with chips.

This makes a large bowl of dip.
