BAKED CARROT MOLD 
1 1/2 c. carrots, grated
1 scant c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
Juice and rind of 1/2 lemon
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix in order. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
