SPINACH PASTA TOSS 
8 oz. linguini or fettuccine
1/3 c. butter
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
2 c. (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 med. onion, sliced into rings
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook linguini. Meanwhile in 10 inch skillet melt butter, stir in garlic. Add mushrooms and onions. Cook over medium heat until mushrooms and onions are soft. Stir in spinach. Continue cooking until heated through. Drain linguini, return to saucepan and stir in spinach mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Serve. Can be placed in casserole dish and heated in microwave (2 to 3 minutes) when ready to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
