ENCHILADA PIE 
2 lb. hamburger
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lg. pkg. Doritos
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute hamburger and onion; drain. Add tomatoes and chili powder. Simmer for 30 minutes.

In large casserole, alternate layers of chips, meat mixture and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
