ENCHILADA PIE - MEXICO | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can tomatoes & green chilies 1 minced onion Grated cheese 1 can enchilada sauce Fritos, crushed (to cover) Brown meat and onion until done. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Add tomatoes and chili and pour into casserole. Spread crushed Fritos over mixture and then pour sauce over it. Add cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. |
