FAMILY CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1/4 c. butter
1 c. onion
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 can Bisque of tomato soup
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. green onion
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. green pepper

Cook macaroni as directed, drain. In hot butter saute onion and garlic until golden. Add meat, salt, pepper and saute until browned. Add undiluted soup; mix well. Remove from heat.
