FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 c. sliced pitted olives
1/2 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (5 oz.) can chow mien noodles
Lettuce leaves

In large bowl combine chicken, pineapple, celery, oranges, olives, green pepper and onion. Blend mayonnaise and mustard. Toss gently with chicken mixture. Cover and chill several hours. Just before service mix in chow mien noodles and turn into lettuce lined serving bowl. Serves 8. Delicious main dish salad.
