3 eggs, beaten
1/2 - 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in hot griddle that has been well greased. Can also be used as batter for shrimp.
