SWEDISH CAKES 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 beaten egg yolk
1 c. flour
Walnuts, chopped fine
Raspberry jam
Egg white

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs yolk; mix in flour. Roll in small balls and dip in egg white and roll in nuts. Grease cookie sheet. Place balls on sheet and press centers with a knife. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and press center again. Bake 15 minutes longer and cool. Add jam in center of cookie.
