SPINACH DIP 
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach

Make a day ahead. Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Mix all ingredients together. Serving suggestion: Cut the center out of a small round pumpernickel loaf. Cut into dipping pieces. Fill the hollowed loaf with the dip.
