STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 pkg. Birds Eye frozen strawberries
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, not drained
2 bananas, mashed
1 pt. dairy sour cream
1 pkg. Knox gelatin

Dissolve Jello in water. Add 1 package of Knox gelatin that has been softened in a teaspoon of cold water. Add strawberries and pineapple and chill until partially thickened. Then fold in mashed bananas. Put 1/2 of mixture in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Chill until firm. Spread 1 pint of sour cream on top and then the rest of the mixture on top of that. Then chill several hours.
