S.T.O.P. (SQUASH, TOMATOES,
PEPPERS)
 
2 tomatoes, sliced
5 squash, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 1/2 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Layer in casserole; begin with thick slices of squash, then onion, pepper and tomato. Repeat. Dot each layer with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
