TOMATOES SQUASH 
4 sm. squash, thinly sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp. salt
2 slices bread

Combine all ingredients except bread in a medium skillet. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until squash is tender. Add water during cooking, if needed, tear bread into pieces and add to squash.
