SAVORY TOMATOES, BEANS, AND
SQUASH
 
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each pepper, thyme, sage
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. cut green beans
3 lg. tomatoes, diced
2 c. yellow squash
2 c. zucchini, diced

Cook onion, garlic, parsley, and seasonings in oil in large skillet for about 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Add water to half depth of mixture. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until beans are done.
