TUNA BURGERS 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. chili sauce (optional)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. corn oil
4 rolls, split lengthwise

Stir together first six ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Coat with bread crumbs. In skillet, heat corn oil over medium heat. Add patties and fry about 5 minutes, turning to brown on both sides. Serve on rolls.
