TUNA BURGERS 
2 (6 1/8 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. mayo
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
4 whole English muffins, sliced
Butter

Mix all above ingredients, except muffins. Make 4 patties. Fry in butter on medium heat. Flip over when golden brown. Toast muffins. Add patties to muffins and enjoy. Makes 4 servings.
