PLEASE THE CROWD POTATOES | |
10 potatoes (approximately) 1/4 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons green onions (diced) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/4 cups sour cream 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded Boil potatoes, then peel and dice them. Drizzle butter over diced potatoes. Add salt, pepper, and green onions to potatoes. Stir. Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over potatoes. Mix well. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan and top with cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. |
