SESAME DIP 
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream (or lowfat yogurt)
1/3 c. toasted sesame seeds

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger and curry powder. Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in toasted sesame seeds. Cover and chill. Makes 2 cups.

Note: To toast sesame seeds, bake in a pie pan at 350 degrees stirring often, until light golden color (about 10 minutes). Cool.
