REESES PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE CUPS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 pkg. Reeses peanut butter cups, frozen, unwrapped

Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda. Roll dough into a small ball, approximately 1 inch in diameter and place in small muffin cup papers in mini muffin pans. Press 1 frozen peanut butter cup into each ball. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
