QUICK SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. tomato paste (if double batch, use whole can)
1 1/3 c. tomato juice or water
1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning mix

Brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Drain. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and tomato juice or water. Stir in spaghetti seasoning mix. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
