QUICK MEATLESS SPAGHETTI SAUCE
FOR 4
 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 medium sized green pepper, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp. instant dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms

In medium saucepan, heat stewed tomatoes; add chopped green pepper and simmer until green pepper is tender. Add tomato sauce, minced onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Add mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti. Delicious with a little grated sharp Cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
