MEATLESS LASAGNA ROLL - UPS 
12 pieces lasagna
1 to 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 1/2 to 3 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. plain wheat germ
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 sm. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 jar meatless spaghetti sauce

Cook lasagna as directed. Drain and return to kettle. Cover with cold water. Drain liquid from spinach. Combine spinach with cottage cheese and mix well. Saute onion in skillet until soft. Add to spinach mixture. Mix in wheat germ, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Dry and cool lasagna noodles with paper towels. Spoon mixture on each lasagna piece and roll. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over lasagna rolls. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
