ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt chocolate chips, milk, and butter in saucepan. In large bowl combine peanuts with the marshmallows. Pour chocolate mixture into peanut mixture. Mix well. Spread onto 9x13-inch pan lined with wax paper. Chill 2 hours. Yield: About 40 squares
